Jennifer Kraft is a nationally-recognized expert in the fields of special events planning, technical production, and organizational management. From initial conceptualization through design and final execution, Jennifer’s work has benefited numerous charitable organizations as well as private and corporate clients.

Jennifer has 25 years of experience organizing both large scale and intimate special events at well-known venues as well as non-traditional event spaces throughout the tristate area and nationally.

Her attention to detail combined with her well-honed organizational skills support her expertise in all aspects of special events planning. Her commitment to finding the right resources at the right prices for each specific client is a valuable asset that she brings to each event.

Madeline Kraft Goldfeder is a creative event producer and accomplished communications professional, bringing over a decade of experience across hospitality and live events to Kraft Event Management. In 2025, she officially joined Kraft Events full time, forming a powerhouse mother-daughter team with founder Jennifer Kraft.

Madeline has been part of Kraft Events’ story since 2014, supporting the team behind the scenes as a trusted day-of-event producer while building a distinguished career in travel and hospitality public relations. Prior, she represented some of the world’s most prestigious luxury hotels and travel brands, producing press dinners, media activations, and large-scale brand experiences. Earlier in her career, Madeline worked in the commercial theater industry, contributing to branding and operations for major productions on Broadway, the West End, and in Australia. Her cross-industry background has sharpened her eye for detail, elevated her creative vision, and refined her ability to produce seamless, memorable experiences.

Jennifer is a graduate of Ithaca College. Following her education, she was the Director of Special Events for Christie’s auction house in New York City before she founded Kraft Event Management in 1996.
